GODREJ FRIDGE COMPLIENT NO ACTION AFTER 2 YEARS OF COMPLAINT

I AM Mr.DILISH TD, FROM COCHIN.ONE OF UR COUSTEMER .I HAD PURCHASED UR

FRIDGE (185LIT FF ) FROM A COCHIN DEALER , KURUVITHADAM AGENCIES PVT LTD ON

11-09-2003 ALONG WITH 500VA V-GUARD STABILISER & A WASHING

MASHINE(WHIRLPOOL).ON 5-08-2005 AFTERNOON,SUDDENTLY A FIRE CAME FROM

FRIDGE'S BACKSIDE AND THE ALL WALL AND THE CHORDS OF

STABILISER,MIXIE,AREALSO GOT DAMAGED ALONG WITH THE FRIDGE.ACTUALLY THE

FRIDGE WAS PLUGGED TO A STABILISER CONNECTED TO A POWER PLUG.I CALLED MY

NEAR BY ELECTRICAL ENGINEER AND HE GAVE THE CONCLUSION THAT IT MAY BE DUE TO

THE SHORT CIRCUIT IN THE BACK CHAMBER OF THE FRIDGE AND ASKED ME TO CONTACT

WITH THE MANUFACTURER/DEALER.THEN I CONTACT WITH KURUVITHADAM AGENCIES,ON

6-08-2005 AND ON 11-08-05 THE PERSON FROM GODREJ'S AUTHORISED SERVICE

CENTERS(ROYALJAC SYSTEM,ALUVA-(0484-3029100) TAKE THE FRIDGE FROM MY HOUSE

.(PLS FIND THE GOODS RECEIVED NOTES ATTACHMENTS). HE HAD COMMITTED THAT

WITHIN 10 DAYS HE WILL RETURNED THE FRIDGE SERVISED.AFTER 14 DAYS I CONTACT

THEM,THEY SAY WE NEED SOMEMORE DELAY'S BECAUSE THEY R WAITING FOR SOME

PARTS.AFTER ONE MONTHS FOLLOUPS WITH THEM THEY R REPET THE SAME DIALOGS.I

CONTACT THE DEALER,THEY ALSO WASH THEIR HANDS SAYING THAT (Mr.MADHU OF

KURIVITHADAM),WE R ONLY BOTHERED ABOUT SALE ,AFTER SALE SERVICE IS COMPANIES

DUTY,....WELL.....I CALLED COMPANEY'S PERSON SOME Mr.SIJO&Mr.MURUGAN

....AFTER 3 MONTHS PHONECALLS THE ALSO RAISE THEIR HAND SAID THAT ,THAT

MODEL IS OUTDATED ONE ,SO IT CANNOT BE REPAIRED.......THEN .....DISCUSSION

GOING ON ...WE HAVE A BABBY AT HOME ..SO FRIDGE WAS A MUST...KNOWING THE

FASTNESS IN ACTIONS OF THE BIG COMPANY,A PURCHASED A NEW WHIRLPOOL 165LIT

FROM,COMPANY OUTLET AT COCHIN(BECAUSE I WAS 100% SATISFIED WITH THE

COUSTEMERCARE OFFERED BY THEM FOR THE WASHING MASHINE THAT HAD PURCHASED

ALONG WITH UR FRIDGE,CHECK THE ATTACHMENTS.)IE I HAD TO SPEND ANOTHER 11500

FOR FRIDGE WITHIN 2 YEAR...PLS UNDERSTAND MY SITUVATION IN MY SOCIETY&

FAMILY...ME ONLY SUGGEST GODREJ FOR THAT TIME..LOSS OF MONEY,DAMAGE TO

HOUSE,DAMAGE TO OTHER EQUIPMENTS,LOSS IN PHONE CALLS....BIG LOSS IE .....THE

FEELING OF GETTING CHEETED.....AND THE TIME DELAY...WORSE THAN ANY GOVT

FIRM......


 


THE COUSTEMER CARE FROM GODREJSIDE WAS NOT ENDED.....THEY SUGGEST ONE

ALTERNATIVE...THEY WILL GIVE A FACTORY SECOND FRIDGE FOR ME AT JUEST

Rs.6000 BUGS.........WHAT AN OFFER......AFTER 15M OF WAITING THEY R

OFFERING A SECONDS FRIDGE ...AT RS.6000 BUGS,.THAT WAS THE OFFER FROM

Mr.GABRIEL ,OF UR COMPANY....JUEST IMAGING IF U R AT THAT CONDITION HOW

WOULD U REACT???????????...I COULD GO TO CONSUMER COURT....AGINST U,UR

DEALER,&THE SERVICING CENTER.. DEMAND FOR LACS FOR THE MENTAL

PAIN,CHEATING....BUT I DON'T HAVE ENOUGH TIME TO SPARE FOR MY BIG

MISTAKE........ IE CHOOSE UR PRODUCT......THIS WAS SEND JUEST TO MAKE U
