This is a complaint regarding the return of my monies for $495.00 which =

I had intended to be for a Comparative Market Analysis report regarding =

my timeshare ownershio in Daytona Beach, Florida. I spoke to a realty =

from the above fir about possibly putting my timeshare on for sale and =

she told me I needed to have a CMA done immediately and first. She was =

very eager about me sending the $495.00 either by fax, etc. and I said =

no. Then she told me she would have FedEx pick up my check within an =

hour. I was suspicious about her urgency. After FeEx picked up my =

check for $495.00 and within the next 24 to 48 hours I changed my mind =

and called the agent and ask that she return my $495.00 to me; that I =

had changed my mind and did not want to sell. I never signed any papers =

with All Realty Services, Inc. and never gave them any details about my =

timeshare ownership. In any event, I am only a co-owner and my daughter =

never agreed to this. When I asked them to return my monies, they had =

not started the CMA and told me it was already in the system and =

couldnot return my monies, trying on several occasions to get me to sign =

papers retaining them. They did an inaccurate CMA as they did not have =

all the details of my timeshare ownership.

I think that I just "gave" them $495.00 and will never see it back (when I sell my timeshare - if ever).

This estimated value approach - it now seems very, very low ball. Supposedly someone just appraised my timeshare for nearly 26,000. All Realty's CMA quoted about $5,500.00.

Now 3 other timeshare rental companies all pretty much agree my propery can rent for between $2,100 and $2,400 per week. Why would I sell for so cheap?

I have never heard back from All Reality - my "contract" comes up in about 3 months - I'm not holding my breath.

So glad I found your complaint. I just received a cold call from them and took a bunch of information from them (but after being scammed by another timeshare selling company was very wary). I think I will stay VERY far away from these people.
