We ordered a replacement washing machine using Sears online ordering. We did not receive confirmation of our order nor delivery date within the stated time. We called (had to call two other Sears 800-#s to get the online customer service). Were told our order "errored out" by customer service reps.

Ordered same washer online on 2007-10-9. This time proactively called customer service, who guaranteed the order. Still, never confirmed nor delivery date set. Once again the order "errored out". Finally went to a Sears store (with both of us working full-time, we were unable to get to a retail store until 4 days later). Ordered same washer. Still hoping to have it delivered. My conclusion is the online ordering service is so useless it should be removed from the website. The website WAS helpful in comparing features of various models and allowed us to narrow down our choices. However the website was COMPLETELY USELESS in processing our order and credit card.
