vonage service

I am calling to complain about the disgusting quality

of vonage. forst they delivered equipment 14 days

after order (normally it takes 3 days), then they

deliver a defective equipment and they expect me to

pay to return the defective equipment to them. this is

the worst service any provider has provided.
