a serious complain

Dear Sir,

I have been using TATA LANDLINE phone coupled with internet device

for the last three years.The instrument model is LSP-340 E and my phone No.

is 011-65478630 . The instrument is not working properly for a quit long time. It

gets disconnected while making a call . I made several complains and the fellow technicians tried to rectify the defect but I am sorry to say that the problem is still continuing.

May I requist you to replace the instrument with a new one so that I could make use of my TATA PHONE.
