Vonage duped me!

My vonage bill shot up from $32 monthly to $89.64. That is when we discovered that Vonage is not as free as we (my husband and I) thought. When I signed up I was assured that calls were free to Canada and five countries in Europe including England which we often call. Apparently, when I signed up, they neglected to inform us that cell phone calls were NOT free. I even called Vonage before placing my call to England and was again assured that all calls to england were free. Well I've learnt that hard way that Vonage was too good to be true so watch out!!!! I was even being charged for 1-800 calls using a phone card to call my family in Africa, no other phone company has ever charged me for the use of a 1-800 telephone card.

I feel like we were truly duped and misinformed by Vonage, I wasted a lot of time and money switching but it will not happen again because I am switching again immediately!!!!!!!!
