Moving Connections - Salt Lake City

WARNING: My elderly mother contacted Moving Connections of Salt Lake =

City on August 15, 2007 for her September move. Weeks passed without a =

formal quote before I stepped in. False claims of sent emails conflicted =

with what my ISP provider showed. Phone calls documented by Vonage =

print-outs show the number of times calls went unanswered and my follow =

up was required. This company has the worst customer service skills of =

any that I have encountered. It took a half a day to get them to send me =

the documentation for the deposit to secure my mother's move. Two hours =

after signing the deposit I was informed of a business trip that would =

force us to move her move forward a week. I was told by Moving =

Connections that they would check their calendar and get back with me. I =

tried to work with this company but after three more days of ignored =

phone calls I was forced to drive to Utah myself and my mother in a =

U-Haul truck. This deposit that I fought to secure and this company =

would not have if it were not for my persistence was retained. I was =

told that they would discuss the matter of a refund in a meeting and I =

have never heard back from them. My last four emails have been ignored by this comapany!!!
