Per my conversation today (10/01/07) with Mr. Rody, I want to begin by saying that I do not appreciate the way I was bullied. He was extremely unprofessional and not what I expected from the person who oversees an entire region of a national corp. Using �the buck stops here� tactics when trying to reach someone that is customer service minded shows how this region is handled. Multiple attempts were made by your installers to deliver carpet and each time the carpet was defective. This was verified by your 3rd party inspectors and your installers. I have stated that I do not wish to do business with Empire any longer. You had your chance to fulfill the contract and still have not done so. When contacting your helpdesk we were informed that our money would be refunded per Ivonne on 09/30/07. We have received poor Customer Service and a Defective Product throughout this entire process and I do not have any confidence that your company will be able to satisfy us. I will let my husband know what he said today and how I was treated. I would appreciate an associate that cares about Empire contact me.
