Without a doubt Comcast has the worst customer =0A=

service of any company I have dealt with, ever. The problems first startedwhen =0A=

our cable signal for one of our other televisions started breaking up and w=

e =0A=

required a service call to address the problem. They scheduled a service c=

all =0A=

and were to be at our home between 8:00 am and noon. Nobody showed up for =

this =0A=

appointment and we didn't receive a call. After having waited at home all =

=0A=

morning, my wife called me and I contacted Comcast and they scheduled the =

=0A=

appointment for two days later. They did show up and repaired the faulty =

=0A=

wiring. I then asked to have a DVR box added to my account and they said t=

hey =0A=

would have to schedule another appointment for the following week. I said =

that =0A=

would be alright as long as they would show this time. That date came and =

we =0A=

waited all afternoon. At 4:55 they finally called and said they ran out of=0A=

boxes and would schedule it for the following week. To make this a little =

=0A=

shorter version, there were a total of 5 scheduled appointments before they=0A=

finally delivered the box and then it didn't work and they had to return ag=

ain =0A=

to set it up correctly. This whole scenario took over 6 weeks. =0A=0A=

We have had the same problem as it relates to our =0A=

digital voice phone service with them. More than 4 appointments have been =

no =0A=

shows or sorry it is to late or we don't have the ability to set it up at t=

his =0A=

time excuses. Interestingly enough, we did receive our bill for this past =

month =0A=

and they did bill us for the phone service which we don't have even now. A=

t =0A=

this time it is 6:00pm and I am waiting for the technician to show up at my=0A=

house to finish the phone service. I or my wife have been waiting all day =

and I =0A=

finally called at 4:30 to find out that the local technicians didn't have t=

he =0A=

call scheduled. Earlier in the day I had called and received a computer =

=0A=

generated confirmation that they were scheduled for today.=0A=0A=

I do not intend to pay the bill for comcast for =0A=

this past month because of the undue inconvenience created or my family as =

we =0A=

have had to take time from work to be available for them. I would be happyto =0A=

take them to small claims court if necessary to recover my losses if they p=

ush =0A=

the issue. My son lives in Stockton and during a visit this past week I no=

ted =0A=

he had just received a new TVO box and asked him why he didn't use the comc=

ast =0A=

DVR. He told me that they did have the comcast unit, but had to return it =

5 =0A=

times in two weeks because it kept failing. COMCAST HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER=0A=

SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED and I am searching out every possible custo=

mer =0A=

complaint resource I can find to let it be known.
