Sprint Charging "INVALID CHARGES"

Phone services Sprint and nextel US With sprint you can call in and check your minutes, but if you make a change in your plan the computer that keeps the record of the minutes CANT keep record! I went over my minutes that month since i didnt know what my minutes were thru half the month. I called the machine many times and it never gave me my minutes. When i complained with sprint they said "they are VALID charges" because i could have called representative and they could have given me my minutes so it was my fault. Next month came and i made another change, now remember i didnt know yet that by changing my plan it would do this effect. So i tried getting my minutes again and WELL WELL the machine could not get me my minutes, so i spoke to a a rep for an hour and FINNALLY a SUPERVISOR. I explained everything to the supervisor and he said that all i had to pay was my regular bill, AND to try to keep my calling minimal so that i would ot go over my minutes again. So i paid my bill the amount he told me to pay, believing him that he was going to make the corections. I get my bill now and it has no credits,, then i a get a notice of cancellation and my girlfriend being all scared pays the damm bill. Hoping they might give us the credity in stallments we waited another bill cycle. SO icalled them today to see whats going on. THEY HAVE NO RECORD!!!!!!! of my call with that supervisor that said he was going to make the changes!!! not recorded no notes about the conversation no nothing. WHAT THE HELL,, di i speak to the janitor,, the mail man? who did i speak to?? DO NOT USE NEXTEL OR SPRINT!!!! one way or another they will screw you. i will now take thingsinto my own hands and they will get theri comeupings!!!!! Angry, ravid, maniac!@!!
