Home Security Store Riverside, CA US Our Optex In/Out transmitter wasn't working consistently, and I placed a call to tech support. The tech support person told me we needed to buy a new transmitter and did not suggest that I check the battery. I ended up charging $76.95 to our company credit card for something we didn't really need. If you want to make a return, Customer Service routes you to tech support so you can get an "approval" number. When I called them, the wait time was 20+ minutes, and the person I finally got on the line made me feel like I was an idiot for ordering in the first place and then having to return it. (Admittedly, I was an idiot, but that's an issue for my boss to deal with, not the tech support people at Home Security Store.) Do not do business with this company!
