Unable to obtain replacement after book was shipped with torn pages

Hard Bound photo book One True Media, Inc. 955-A Charter Street Redwood City, Ca 94063 US www.onetruemedia.com After paying $80 for a hardbound photo book of vacation photos and the volume arriving with two pages that were torn, I have repeatedly contacted "Claveria," the only customer care employee with One True Media to obtain a replacement. I've called approx. 8/13/07, again on 8/31/07, and again on 10/3/07, and each time her only response is that she "will talk to the book makers." Originally I had offered to return the volume with the torn pages, to which Claveria indicated this was not necessary. Despite repeated calls and repeated promises to replace the volume, I've received no replacement.
