With due respect, I want to draw ur kind attention towards the compaint of my Whirlpool Semi Automatic Sparkla Washing Machine Model No. INB064107002 having code No. 10428 (6.3kg.) purchased it on 26.10.2006.
I have made several complaint to ur customer care (on 41666333) as well as authorized service centre but all in vain they tell that ur Machine is out of warantee but i want to inform u that it is having warantee of 2 years and warantee has not been expired, I have all the relevant documents but It seems that they are intentionally not willing to repair it due to defaulty model. So i am very frustrated and facing mental harassment bcz i m facing great trouble with all of this procedure. Waiting ur positive response.
