My friend and I arrived at about 8:30PM, and as expected, the place was completely packed because there were drink specials. We were told that we would have to wait 1 hour for a table, but that we were welcome to have a drink and stand by the bar. As we walked towards the bar, a tattooed, muscular employee didn't say "welcome to Buffalo Wild Wings, can I please see your ID" or anything like that, he just stepped out in front of me and barked "ID!". We ordered a drink and stood by the bar. Over the next 25 minutes, we were told by I would say 10 or 15 different employees that we had to move because we were blocking an aisle. Trouble is, not only were the employees rude, no one told us where it is that they wanted us to stand. We moved every time we were asked to, but we seemed to never find an "acceptable" place. Buffalo Wild Wings actually had "security detail" in the building. Two muscular tattooed gentlemen walked around glaring at everyone like we are all "suspects". When they asked us to clear the aisle, they were just plain rude about it. I felt more like I was in jail or a halfway house than a place I want to have a drink and a good time with friends. Finally, I got fed up and decided that we should go down the road to another place where we have a drink AND sit down. I began to walk out with my friend following behind me. It is my understanding that my friend asked the same "security detail" guy to move because this time HE was blocking the aisle. As I'm walking out the door, this guy comes charging through with my friend in his clutches. He practically knocked me over! He threw my friend out and started shouting that this is "his house" and that we should never come back. I really wasn't too concerned as I was clearly leaving anyway and had received exceptionally poor service the other four times that I had patronized this particular location. The restaurant and bar had been open for about three weeks, and I was hoping that the service would improve because the location was convenient. At that point, I wasn't planning on coming back but that sealed the deal. That has to be the poorest excuse for customer service that I have ever experienced in any capacity in my entire life.
