I bought a mattress and boxsprings for my son's birthday. The manager who sold it to me said it would be here within the next week or two or he would upgrade it. They never called. I finally did and was told it wasn't in and to call when their next shipment arrived. Long story short..I picked the mattress up but the boxsprings weren't in so they sent me to another store to pick it up. Meanwhile I was not asked to inspect the mattress..it was just loaded up. I went to get the boxsprings and was not asked to inspect. We went to set it up. The boxspring was defective and caved in on one side and the mattress had a big worn mark on it plus pen marks. I called the store and started getting the runaround but was eventually told he would replace it and he would call the end of the week. No phone call so I called the beginning of the week and the guy acted like he didn't know who I was. he even denied being the manager!! (He was). I called and e-mailed the main office several times. To this day no one ever called me. We called the store back and asked for a refund. I was told they don't give refunds. The manager refused to give me a contact name but said he was authorized to replace it by the end of this week or he would refund my money. I called yesterday when the shipment arrived and still no mattress. I was told the manager was not in and I would have to wait another week for their next shipment. I was also told that there would be no refund. Meanwhile my child is sleeping on the floor as we sold his bun bed because we got the new mattress. It was not an expensive mattress so they are not losing alot of money but it seems that they are letting me know that you get what you get.

Well it's the next week and still no mattress. I also wrote to the lady that said she handled complaints from this website. Guess what I got your generic send us your info and fill out this form and nothing else...still no response. Would love to see this company publicly humiliated.
