Defect in NOKIA IN N72 MODEL!

Dear Sir/Mdm,


I regret to write that the Nokia phone I purchased is of inferior =

quality. I am not satisfied at all with it.I bought two N73 models from =

two different stores from authorised dealers of Nokia. One is export =

quality and another with warranty.The one with export quality does not =

have warranty; I bought it from Naranjan Trading 158, Race Course Road. =

Singapore 218601 and another from StarHub Store at Plaza Singapura 68 =

Orchard Road #01-36.


Upon using both the phones, it would auto shut off , I do not receive =

any reception at times, in the middle of talking to my callers , it =

would go silent and there are many interference when receiving incoming =

and outgoing calls.


I had send both my phones for servicing under Nokia Servicing centre in =

Singapore; 501 Orchard Road,#03-03A Wheellock Place S238800 and in =

India. And their comment to me was very annoying and to my =

disappointment. They told me it is manufacturing defect and they can't =

rectify the problems encountered with the phones and they can't do =

anything for that!


If it is a manufacturing defect, why did you market it out?! Will you =

compensate me the pricing of the two phone and dilemma I went through =

without having a phone when I send my N73 model for servicing.When I =

send my phone for servicing at Nokia, they refuse to borrow me a phone =

on loan for me to use when I send the model N73 for servicing. I was =

forced to buy another phone which was Nokia 3210 model for my usage =

during the absents of my phone N73.


I had always believe that Nokia produces a trustworthy product to the =

market and its reliable over the years and I had been a frequent =

customer of Nokia and I even purchase a N73 to my brother in India and =

even he encounters my same problems. And the Nokia centre in India =

refuse to service his phone as they say it was purchase in Singapore and =

they can't do anything!


Its an absurd that manufacturing defect and I bear the loses!!

Yours is a reputed company and I have been buying phones from your =

company for last several years.The supply of this poor quality of phone =

is quite surprising.

I am waiting for your early reply before I call on you for this purpose.
