Complaint on purchase of Sunflame gas stove, Model- Spectra Plus

I would like to put in a complain about a Sunflame gastove I purchased on 28.10.2007, Model - Spectra Plus for Rs. 4995/- from Jindal Electricals, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi. Eversince I purchased it there is a gas leakage problem. I have complained various times and the company represetative comes and he is not willing to accept any fault. There is constant slow leakage of gas and it is causing my family anxiety and we dont know what to do. Please register my complain and guide us the procedure to be followed to get the faulty gas stove replaced.
