The Cleaning Authority Unreliable

Unreliable 'cleaner'. They don't show up when scheduled. They don't follow-up when they fail to show. They had no problem showing up as scheduled for the first couple of big cleans which cost more money, but upon moving onto regular bi-weekly cleans after that which paid less per their fee schedule, apparently they are not as customer focused. On first occurance of failure to show, I called business and was assured it wouldn't happen again, and that they would call in advance of each visit. They never called in advance of any subsequent visit, and two appointments later 'forgot' to show again. As of this past Monday 11/26/07 when they last failed to show, never followed up to apologize or re-schedule. We're DONE with this lousy sub-par 'cleaning' company that forgets to lock your door on the way out -- on those rare occasions when they do show.

Owner Pete Nielsen in Utah apparently has no concept of the words "customer service" or "the customer is always right" but just wants to collect his money. Despite pointing out entire rooms that have not been done, I've had no mitigation of charges and, in fact, have been blamed for not having the place spotless so the (non-English-speaking) cleaners can clean. Have just dismissed them. Would not recommend. If my business had this attitude toward its customers when they complained, we'd be out of business very quickly. It doesn't help that his employees are all Spanish-speaking, so it's difficult to communicate with them (which makes me wonder how he's getting stories about how I leave my house for them, as he doesn't speak Spanish). Don't believe the literature about this great rotation cleaning system they have --- same mediocre job on every clean.
