sheer cover use of customer credit cards without permission

sheer cover make-up Guthy Renker Guthy Renker PO Box 85 Liverpool L33 7WZ Liverpool, L33 7WZ GB not known I think there should be a police investigation into this company's use of customer credit cards without their permission. Once a customer has bought a trial box of their make-up a three month re-order system is set up. On ringing customer services to complain about the unwanted product you will be sent a label to enable you to return the product and receive a refund but NOT for the postage costs of £5.95 per month. Even though you have stated you do not want the product etc, three months later you will probably receive the first of your next batch of three months supply and following complaints lose your postage costs again. This happened to me and in my case Mastercard have put a stop to this company using my credit card details again. My advice would be DO NOT give your credit card details to this company. If you have and they send you unwanted products contact your credit card company immediately. I ordered my first batch of sheer cover and stated that I did not want to become a member or receive a 90 day continuation set. However I have just received a continuation set and been charged £65.80!! I too was instructed to return the item, yet I am still awaiting my refund, which I had hoped would include the postage cost. Surely taking money from somebody without their consent is fraudulent and should be investigated? I ordered a keep fit DVD with Pilates ring as a one off. I then received a further DVD saying that I was a "Plan Member" and that my credit card would be charged if I did not return the DVD - also that I would be sent further DVDs. when placing my original order over the phone, I did not agree to becoming any kind of member or to any further goods being sent. Their customer services say this is always in the script. I absolutely would not have agreed to anything that was going to be charged monthly and cost almost £30 a month. Trading Standards should be notified by everyone receiving this treatment.
