The Canada online company dvdCollections "http://www.dvdcollections.tv" is a rip-off

I purchased a set of DVD of a television show and it never has been recieved. I have filled out their contact email web page several times as well as email them directly with no reply. My Credit Card was charged. They do not give out a phone number or mailing address
