toshiba plasma TV Waterbury, CT 06710 US Impossible to get thru on the phone , They just want to fob you off to a different department, Don't do ANYTHING they say they're going to do. This extended warranty plan is not worth the paper it's printed on, they will do anything to get out of the responsibility of paying for the repairs. So if you have a choice DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, horrible, horrible' horrible....... Continuously get passed around, put on hold and put through to voicemail. The voice recording that says "they are working as quickly as possible" is a bunch of crap! I will post more shortly.
