READ YOUR OWN WEBSITE POLICY ON CUSTOMER SERVICE

They violate every policy of their own website customer service. The item was not in stock as they clearly indicated.

Their solution was to sit on my order,waiting to hear from me!

When my order should have been received I phoned them only to find my order still sitting in their warehouse on the other side of the country. They offered the most ridiculous explanation you can imagine and had no intelligent reply whatsoever when I asked how long they were going to just sit there on my order without taking action to deliver the products that I had already paid for. I had to cancel my order and demand a refund after waiting 1 week for my delivery. They just don't get it !
