Poor Product

Airblown Snowglobes Gemmy Industries US www.gemmy.com I am VERY disappointed in this companies product. The airblown Snowglobes. I purchased the Snowglobe and only used it ONE season only to find that the motor was burnt up this season. I contacted the company and they do not carry replacement parts etc., for the products they sell. As a consumer, one would expect a product to last longer than one season more so considering the price of the product. I personally feel that if a company is going to offer a product which will only last one season they should at least offer some type of part replacement. I was advised to search Ebay for another product to harvest the motor from. I am very disappointed and hope that other consumers get more use from the Gemmy products than one year!! The next year I opened it and it didn't work. I contacted Gemmy and they said that I could return the item to tell. The would either fix it or give a replacement. I mailed the inflatable (about $30) and was told that if it needed to be relaced that I would not hear until the third or fourth quarter of the year. When I didn't receive the item I contacted them and they said they never received the item! Now they won't give me a replacement and I am out the cost and shipping! Even with numerous emails (from the beginning) they are refusing to offer ANYTHING. When I asked to speak to the manager directly the emails went unanswered!!! Very frustrated and disappointed.
