HP product-Please Help

I purchased a desktop pc from HP in December 2006. after two months I =

started experiencing problems. It could not shut down and it did not =

recognize the hard drive. after hours on the phone, send back and forth =

to India (for hours) finally HP agreed to take my tower for service. The =

first time that was send to HP for repair was April 13, 2007. It came =

back from repair. Not even a month again I was experiencing the same =

problem. We send it again for repair to HP May 31, 2007. The only thing =

you hear from HP is we are sorry you are experiencing problems. I asked =

them to replace my tower and the case managers denied my request. It =

came back from repair again beginning of June. It worked fine until =

November when I experienced the same problem as before. Finally my tower =

goes again for repair to HP service November 3, 2007. I again asked for =

a replacement and I was denied. I don't know how many times you have to =

prove to HP that the tower is defective so they can give you a =

replacement. The tower came back last week, and guess what? The front =

cover of the tower is broken and it has a piece of tape on top. Also the =

cover of the CD/DVD driver is broken, and when you insert a CD it =

doesn't close. You have to push the cover. The fan makes a loud noise, =

like the computer is overworked. I don't know what to do anymore, I =

wrote to CEO Mark Hurd, and I got a general response from his staff ( I =

am sure he doesn't read our emails) saying that they are sorry. Please I =

am asking for help, it's a brand new computer. I have the names of the =

three case managers handling my case.

the second one was Jorge. I cant find his email. but he can be found =
