Eastern Refinishing Did not honor warranty

UPDATE: Eastern refinishing came by the next day after posting this complaint. They successfully removed all of the over-spray and repaired/patched the tub. Thanks! We will see how the repair holds up.

I am a landlord and they did several projects for me. However, the tub started to chip after 2 weeks. I called two times, emailed three times. They scheduled the technician back, but he never showed. No phone call. I called two times again - no return. They also didn't protect my floors adequately. I have glaze on the bathroom floor that won't come up (make the floor look soiled - unacceptable). Also, stonefleck painted from the kitchen counters was on the kitchen floor (not as bad, can live it).
