Coldwell Banker Sally Forster Jones

Coldwell Banker 9388 Santa Monica Blvd Beverly Hills, CA 90210 US http://www.sallyforsterjones.com/ I had a bad experience with Coldwell Banker in the Beverly Hills East office. Sally Forster Jones was the listing agent on a property I bought. She was never available to speak and her office continually gave mixed messages and seemed very disorganized. On the day of closing we had agreed to meet at 5 for a second final walk through. At 4:57 pm her office called to change the time to 6:30. I was already at the condo and could not make 6:30. At this point they had the nephew of the owner meet me because he STILL had keys despite the fact that we had closed. He also had not moved out. Sally's office did not explain why he still had keys, though they knew he did, and they did not notify me he still had belongings there until they had no choice but to do so. They acted as if he still had a right to be there and they continually gave my agents different explanations as to what had happened. I believe that the reason they switched the time was to give him time to move out despite the fact that he had no right to be on the property after closing. I have bought and sold before and have never dealt with such an unprofessional agent. This was customer service at its worst and I have heard similar things from people about Coldwell Banker. I have left a message with the office manager. As a buyer seeing that a listing is theirs is a turnoff.
