Walmart site to store misleading on actual delivery time.

I've placed three seperate orders with Walmart.com online within the past 30 days. Two orders have arrived late, and I'm currently still waiting on the 3rd and FINAL order I'll ever place. It's been 16 days since I placed the order and my credit card was charged, and I've still not received this order. Walmart advertises on their site "place order site to store and receive it within 7-10 days! I've written them numerous times regarding this and have not received any satisfaction nor any discounts to make up for their tardiness! IF they can't deliever on time at the minimum they should offer a discount or some kind of refund. Numerous sites offer free shipping to your door and those arrive within 2 days! Walmart is falling behind in their customer service.

I too have had some major problems with walmart.com shipping. I ordered items for Christmas and they decided to ship using FedEx SmartPost. To my location, only one shipping method is acceptable, USPS Priority Mail. This is the way that walmart has ALWAYS shipped to me in the past, and it is the way their site states they will ship to me. Now, more than three weeks past the order date, nothing. After A LOT of digging, I found that FedEx Smartpost is FedEx picking up the package, then they take it to USPS, where it is then sent PARCEL POST. To my location, the USVI, that takes 4-8 weeks to arrive. IT'S FRAUD!!!! Walmart isn't the only online retailer who decided to use this very terrible service...eToys.com did the same thing. Joann.com used UPS Mail Innovations, and that is just as bad as FedEx SmartPost (they do the same thing, UPS picks it up, takes it to USPS where it is then sent Parcel Post). Walmart's customer service is terrible. If you can even get a response from them, they don't even address your complaints.
