SRGAMERICA a big cheater

I joined SRGAmerica last year and I had very bad experiences with them. Pundarika who is one of the owner of the company is a very bad guy and the rest of them ragu , narayanan everyone are bad.

They cheat people . when they say something dont believe in their words ask for a written proof like emails or any other source.

Because of their simple mistake my H1 visa was scrwed and I had to pay 20k dollars school fees to maintain my status in US. and the most irritating part is they never took the resposibility of paying my fees and instead Pundarika was shouting at me.

They said they will increase my pay after 6 months. I believed them and when i asked them about the raise , they simply lied and said that they never told me abt the raise. I dont have written proof of what they said when i joined the company . Thats why although lately I took a wise decision to come out of that company. Now i joined a very good company where people are not money minded and they do what they say.

So people dont join this company . Think wisely and join a cosultancy which is giving good percentage like 75, 25 from starting.

Dont waste your valuable time and money.

I believe God is there and he will definitely punish SRG for what they did to me.

I too was a victim of SRGAmerica. I joined this company in OCt 07 with promises of good plcaements. After struggling for 4 months they hardly could arrange 2 client interview and that too in a different technology. SRG expects us to learn this new technology in 2-3 days, get get through the interview. I wisely decided to leave the comapny in March 08, and got my H1 done from another employer.

Now SRG has filed a case against me in New Jersey court for violating the contract and demand $5000 as compensation. I request all people who have complaints or received such courts orderr from SRG to please come forward and be witnesses to such fraud and abusive company. I have decided to pursue my case in court rather than giving $5000 to them.

Shocking. We have heard that there were also lot of consultant's SSN information was leaked by their marketing people from offshore to many other vendors who run companies from india and in america on paper and was found that many consultants personal information was missued. Some consultants have also reclaimed that the accidents that they had met in india were all operated by management of SRGAmerica. There were also many complaints of threatening harrassments done by Pundarika and other SRGAmerica management, to supress the voices of consultants in india and america. So, if any of the x-SRGAmericas consultant meets with an unfortunate brutal accident in india or america it is most likely that SRGAmerica might have hands into it.

We all X-SRGAmerica Consultants appeal to all the vendors and companies in not to carry on business with SRGAmerica, else they shall also face the similar charges for encouraging SRGAmerica in carrying out unhuman activities with consultants of america and other consultants of other countries.

There is a need for consultants to come together who have worked for SRGAmerica in the past to come together and take help of leading law firms in USA and then they can take legal action against these companies. There money is not going to last anymore, there all assests shall be freezed since they earned all the money by bodyshopping-insane-blackmailing business with consultants. An immediate inquiry shall be ordered. Consultants fear for getting together for these kind of companies, but they will need to come together and fight against these companies. As you always let go things like this, thats the reason there are thousands of companies like SRG who are brutally sucking consultant's hard earned money, surviving in USA. All the management of SRG has to come down to the street and start again from scratch for their bad deeds. Law will take its own course. No matter how many big lawyers they feed, they shall understand that this is USA and not India, where they can easily get away from law.

Students & consultants have to go with them only due to H1B visa sponsorship and Green card processing. Otherwise, no student, employee or a consultant would ever like to work for these kind of third tier bodyshopping companies who never pay their so called "Employees" which is just on paper, since on bench period (period when companies like SRGAmerica is unable to find project for consultants due to their rates blackmailing and other company internal bad politics). If American companies would start hiring consultants directly or if US government is processing greencards fasters say in 6 months or 1 year like countries in Australia / Canada which processes PR in 1 or 2 years maximum, No body will go to these kind of bodyshopping companies. The most shocking thing is that there is a US Department of Labor in the same building where SRGAmerica is located in Iselin, NJ. So, then you can imagein that, how lineant if US government, where things like 9/11 can happen since even small things like thousands of bodyshopping companies are operating in US, which are not paying anything to IT Consultants when there is no work and consultants have to pay tax to US government when they are on the bench also since as per US immigration rules anybody who is on H1B visa their payroll has to be continuous. This is also a kind of human terrorism, it can be termed as soft terrorism which sucks people's life mentally and physically. These companies earns like anything they do almost nothing. They donot pay you unless they start getting money from clients and that also they just post consultants fake resumes on dice and monster websites...that also they insist consultants to make totally cooked resume with fake years of experience......these companies enjoy evenif a consultant works for few months and gets fired and then redeployed somewhere else they will earn money for free without investing anything in them...........

SRGAmerica is a big fraud. They bring people from Canada, india, australia, bangladesh and other european countries and pay them very less compared to Master's degree students that they hire from US and they market their resumes first since they pay them just $45,000 / annum. They bill to the client at $1,10,000 per year. Also, they donot pay anything to the consultants on bench period. They never say to the consultants before hiring this. But, after making them sign the bond they never pay consultants on the bench. I have seen students/consultants crying in their offices. This is a big human trafficking racket kind of thing. A consultant still have to give many many interviews to the clients, with multiple vendors involved in between. This is a big body shopping business. US Government will need to wake up, else US is soon going to be a legal place for foreign companies to start bodyshopping and human trafficking.
