Amazon and a CD ordered

I ordered a CD from Amazon via my local music store in NZ and that was =

on the 15 th of October but as of the 28th of November there has been =

nothing, and all of Amazons replys are all "apologies" and various dates =

of arrivel. I think its fair to say that myself and the music store who =

ordered it have been ripped off, i am pig-sick of their refusal to come =

clean and abmit they have screwed up and give the music store its money =

back so we can re-order it from a more reliable source (the disc is not =

avalible to the public in nz for some strange reason). I want that disc =
