a computer school...

a computer school... Good afternoon.Years ago,I wanted to attend school again for computers, and with my work schedule,I sought a place mostly online, with some actual lab/classroom time.I signed up at a computer school, which set me up with a Sallie Mae loan to pay for the program.I also got a laptop and books, yet when I went back to begin online classes and labs, the contact person was no longer with the school. This happened twice, and in between,i made calls to solve the issues. Then, the learning software on the laptop timed out,and I came in,and after waiting a long while, the reloaded the software.I was supposed to have an online mentor and lab time, studying HelpDesk and A+,and nothing ever happened. Sallie Mae has the loan in default and wants their money, and this is going to stop me from applying for certain jobs, financial aid,and of course,I definitely do NOT plan to pay for something I never got.Plus,to top it off,the laptop they gave me had a defective keyboard which I had to pay for,and when I contacted the school, they told felt they are not responsible for absorbing this loan and the fact they broke the promise of an education.I later found out that this place,Career Blazers,in NYC,was the subject in a class action lawsuit for mining loans and defaulting on their promises of computer education. What should I do??? ____________________________________________________________________________________ Never miss a thing.
