Unhappy customer

Ordered HD TV from direct tv they sent incompetent installer who could not install hd tv after 4 hours he left called Direct tv to complain was hung up on 4 times then they said at least he was on time. Would reschedule in about 2 weeks they did not care about customer satisication and told me this is the real world said a manager on the phone.Told me if you drop the service i would still have to pay the cancelation fee which was equal to full length of contract
