Oasis HE automaatic washer

Oasis HE automaatic washer I purchased the referenced washer, along with the compatible dryer, in October of 2006. I also purchased the three year service contract (Total $2,048.95) . I have been having problems with the washer for three weeks. A repairman showed up, after being told exactly what the problem was with the machine, he did'nt have the part on the truckt. He said it had to be ordered and UPS would deliver the part within 2 days. Well a week has passed and no part delivered, so I called again. That same evening I received a call from Sears that the part would not be in until sometime after November 30. I now have 3 almost 4 weeks of laundry to wash. I am on social security and they offered me a RENTAL. How nice. I told them I wanted this defective machine out of my house and a new one put in and they blatantly told me I was out of luck. So much for the Sears reputation of taking care of their customers. I would like something done immediately or I will wander through the appliance department of my local Sears store and let people know how they will eventually be treated. I cannot afford a rental machine, nor can I afford to go to the local laundramat to pay to have my clothes washed. I am very dissapointed with your service and your people. Please contact me and let me know what you intend to do. My husband and I have been Sears customers for many, many years, as well as my family and friends. Word of mouth means a lot.

We had ours worked on 4 to 5 times the first year and this is a second home and we are there 30 to 40 days a year. Now it has broken done with the error 1 for the second time this year and sears just told me to sell it and buy and new one because the new ones do not have the same problems anymore. So even Sears think they are BAD. I called 1-888-536-6673 and a manager would not even get on the phone.
