We had reserved a Suite with a king size bed and a pullout sofa bed. We had also arranged for a complimentary breakfast. We received neither. > >We complained and we were told the manager was not in. > >Today, I went to the gym and used the lat pulldown machine. The lat bar was an aftermarket replacement bar with the $24.99 label still affixed to it. > >When I pulled the weight adjustment pin out, the 25 pound lat bar came crashing down on my head. > >I took the lat bar down and went to the front desk to complain. The front desk person told me the manager was not here today. Just then, the manager introduced himself and asked what the problem was. He told me his name was Dave Dasika. I told Dave what happened. > >Dave then followed me to the weight lifitng equiptment and observed the falling of the lat bar when the weight pin was removed. When I spoke to Dave, I felt ok. I have now developed a headache. > >I am very unhappy with your service and will not stay in your hotels in the future. > >I would like to know what you intend to do about the events mentioned above. > From: Message Author (click here to email author) Date: Sunday, 25-Nov-07 18:04:55 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisMaybe you shouldn't have pulled the pin out of the weights whilst you were lying under it?
