walmart.com VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE Black Friday

Buy online. Avoid the rush... So I thought. I purchased, or should I say attempted to purchase a Playstation 2 console with a video game and an extra controller on Black Friday at walmart.com. This morning, the next day, I received an email stating that the order was canceled by Walmart with no explanation. After three calls to Walmart at 1-800-925-6278 I actually spoke to a human, Iesha. Iesha informed me that they canceled my order due to my shipping address not matching my PO Box. Duh! If Walmart doesn't ship using the USPS how could they match. They had all my contact info yet did not contact me to attempt to rectify the problem. I attempted to straighten out the order but was informed that the item was no longer available. I spoke to Iesha's supervisor who was equally of no help. I tried to inform them that the items that are in the bundle are available individually and they could send the items if they wanted to make it right. Well that is against their policy. Well I am implementing a new personal policy. Costco not Sam's Club and shop at Target and no longer Walmart. I am buying tires for my Excursion this week, the same tires that I bought from Sam's for my truck. You can bet they won't come from Sam's Club or Walmart. Well enough of my soapbox I'm on my way out... to Costco.
