Sprint Cell Phone Termination Date
|
Marvin Kashan 36 Woods Lane Boynton Beach, Fl 33436 US I contracted with Sprint Cell Phone December 2, 2005 for two years. Termination will be December 2, 2007...which I am fulfilling. Many months ago Sprint advertised in both the Sun Sentinel and the Palm Beach Post that we can now call in the evening starting at 7 P.M. rather than 9 P.M."free of any additional charges".All my bills show this up to this date. I wish to terminate with Sprint on December 2.2007...But,they say that the "7 P.M.advertising automatically" renewed my contract until April 2008. "I never stated that I wanted a re-newal nor did I sign anything".Therefore, I just sent them a certified letter with my contract plus bills proving my case. They now want to hold me for early termination in the amount of $150. I definitely am terminating as of December 2,2007. I want this to be on record that they had no authority to make their claim. Their newspaper ads were full page ads stating in bold type...YOU CAN NOW CALL STARTNG AT 7 P.M. FREE. I would not want them to alter my credit which is the best anyone can have...Please let me know what else I can do. Thank you..I remain very truly yours....Marvin Kashan From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 23-Nov-07 12:02:32 CST Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This Comment On ThisSprint is such a headache. Here is my case to share: My contract to Sprint is over on March 18, 2008 with a proof receipt. We went to Sprint and the one who works there said: "The computer shows your contract over not until September 2009." We had a fight there and no manager on duty at that time. He also said, nothing he can do with the compter. I have searched online and most people have sermilar problem. That is the way Sprint wants to keep customer. To avoid any headaache, NO MORE SPRINT to EVERYONE! From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Friday, 28-Mar-08 08:54:30 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
