A & E Factory Service Sucks

Maytag Washer A & E Factory Service US I bought my Maytag Washer 4 months ago and it broke already!!! So since it is under warranty I called Maytag and they sent A & E Factory Service out. Once I got an appointment they came out and look about 1 minute to diagnose it. They said it was the timer and the part would be in in about 5 days. So 10 days later it comes in. 3 days after that i got a appointment. they came and put it on and left without even seeing if it worked. And you guessed it, it didn't! So after agrueing with the representative on the phone I got another appointment 3 days later. This time i took the day off of work and they were suppose to be there between 8-11. So at noon i called because he had not showed up yet. After calling ever hour on the hour the Tech finally called at 7 PM!! He told me he was running a little late and i would have to reschedule! So after yelling at the representative on the phone again, i got an appoointment 3 days later. This guy comes, late again, and tells me its my timer!!! I said what the heck you just fixed it. So now i am waiting another 5-10 days for my timer and i'm almost positive it wont work again. Dont ever ever use A & E factory service. they are the worst company i have ever had to deal with!
