n/a Wiggle-N-Waggle.com P.O. Box 494 Chatham, IL 62629 US http://www,wiggle-n-waggle.com I ordered a collar and leash set from Wiggle-n-Waggle.com on Oct. 17th. The website stated that the items would ship in about 1-3 business days. After about 3 days, I emailed to get the status of the order. I received an email from "Josh" on Oct. 23rd stating my order would ship out that day. By Oct. 25th, nothing had shipped and my credit card was no charged. I emailed again and received no response. I called the number on the website and received no respond. On Oct. 29th I emailed and called stating I would like to cancel the order. No response until Nov. 20th when I got an email stating the order had shipped. I already ordered this collar and leash set from another company and no longer want this item. I am really annoyed with this company and the lack of customer service. Same PO Box. Identical situation and same lack of service. They bill your credit card immediately then do nothing. I've tried several times to contact them with no response. I have filed a complaint with the Illinois Atty General's office. It's companies like this that give internet buying a bad name. It never has arrived and they will not return my email. Phone number is out of order and website says temporarilly unavailable. This is very bad! I would not order from them again!!! I ordered a set of Puppy Pads from them on March 24, 2008, pretty much the same situation you had, after 4 days, now shipment of item. I emailed them, no response, I emailed them again, no response. I called the 888 number they gave, and all I got was an answering machine, I left a message, no response, called agin, no response, emailed again, no response. I am soo frustrated with this. Bad part is I paid for the item through paypal, which means they collected their money like the day after I ordered. I would be curious to know if in fact your item ever did ship to you.
