olympus 6 megapixel digital Indiatimes shopping

This is Harish.R form bangalore.

I had recently ordered a olympus 6 megapixel digital camera on 11th of October, for a price of Rs.5690 including shipping charges, as per the advertisement placed by “Great Deals” indiatimes shopping in the Times of India tabloid which appears on every Wednesday. Since we can place the orders through mail or phone, I had placed my order through phone (09900238888) & also I made the payment through ICICI credit card through IVR system, after which i recieved a sms form the bank stating that " you had made a purchase of Rs.5690 for times internet.

The representative told me that it would take 10 working days to receive the shipment.

Till date I haven’t received my product. I have also already paid my first month emi on 10th of November for Rs.950.

I have called the order status dept. many times. Initially they told me that there was a technical fault in the system & they would look into the matter & ship the product as soon as possible.

Now they are backfiring me that my order wasn’t existing and if so my card was declined.

Infact i asked them to refer me to a local office of theirs, but they are in the process of shifting the calls.

I have got the relevant documents, probably i would approach the consumer form if i won't get my product or suitable reply for this mail within 6 days.
