T-Mobile is unable to resolve my account (billing) and technical issues in a timely manner, as a matter of fact, they haven't been able to correct it at all. The account problems are getting worse and worse. They have told me that there are no issues, but I can plainly see them on my bill. The rep on the phone agreed with some of the issues when I called last. I have WAY too many issues to tackle on my own, and I do not wish to spend more hours on the line anymore with this company over ANY of the issues. The executive was extremely rude and told me that there was nothing else she could do other than change my plan, which would not resolve my issue. She also plainly stated that there was nothing that I could do to leave the contract, no matter what the issue is. I will not put up with this abuse. I dont think anyone would want to.

I am having issues with T-Mobile as well. No one over the phone can or will resolve the technical and accounting issues, as of yet. I have been on the phone for hours with no resolution. It seems simple away from the scripted technical support of there help desk. I have requested to speak with supervisors with no results, only being transferred to different "departments".
