Inspite of several reminders and calls to your office, I am still waiting

for the refunds, its almost 1 and half months that I am trying to get my

refunds but Paramount seems to have "NO CONCERN" about the passengers.


Pl convey this message to your MD, that making flashy websites and giving

good interviews can get you customets but to "WIN" them, Papamont still

needs to learn a lot.


I will be filing the case in consumer forum on 6-Nov-07 along with the

compensation claim. Try to get the money refunded by Monday.


And do not forhet to tell Mr. M.D. about this incident.

Dear Sir


I again contacted the airport staff ( Ms.Ann) in Coimbatore. They told me

still nothing has been done for the cancellation of my ticket as well the

refunds. This is simply disgusting on the part of paramount.


On 25-Oct-07, I was told that they will be puting some re-mark and cancel

the ticket. Its more than a month now for this process. Also I am not

getting any response from your mail id.


WHAT SHOULD I UNDERSTAND FROM THIS??


PARAMOUNT MAY BE LOSING THE CORPORATE CLIENTS ( GE SPENDS A LOT ON AIR

TRAVEL) IF THEY HAVE THIS KIND OF RESPONSE.


IF I DO NOT GET THE RESPONSE OF MY E-MAIL BY TODAY, IT WILL BE THE

RESPONSIBITY OF PARAMOUNT. I WILL BE APPROACHING THE CONSUMER FORUM AND

ASK NOT ONLY FOR REFUNDS BUT ALSO COMPENSATION.
