defective merchandise

i bought a defective camcorder (Samsung) from Circuit City in Elyria and when I returned it to Circuit City I was told by them to contact Samsung. I contacted Samsung and was told by them to return the camcorder to Circuit City for exchange or refund. I went back to Circuit City and was told by them that they had to recontact Samsung. I spent an hour and a half while the clerk was on the phone with Samsung and a male who was holding a conversation with someone else at the same time he was talking to me. He said something to this other person, laughed and said Samsung would not replace ar return funding for the cmacorder. When I asked to talk to a supervisor he hung up the phone. I filed a complaint with both Samsung and Circuit City and each one said the other should should have taken the return and or refunded my money. talk about passing the buck. edward j jenkins
