They wont give my money back

I placed an order on 11-02-07 And canceled it on the 3rd and something came up and they still took the money out on the 5th They said it was canceled. I called them on the 5th to find out why they still took it out and they said i would have my money back in 7 to 10 business day. I called again on 11-11-07 they told me i would have my money on 11-14-07 they failed to do so then i called 11-15-07 then they told me 45 days i should have my money. I feel like they are ripping me off.
