Schwan's home delivery

type complaint here; Schwan's home delivery is anything but TRUE,, I was a returning customer, after sometime: MY MISTAKE! After the sale's person Located in Holt county Nebraska (near O'Neill) "J.K" assured me he would never deliver before 6:30 P.M I placed an online order to Scwhans, Qaurenteed with a Visa, the delivery day he showed up EARLY, I was still at work, he did not return like a "REPUTABLE" driver would.

After speaking on the phone I agreed to meet him the Following day 8 miles away to pick up my order; the order was sacked I didn't check it, but I was short an Item,, I called him he Agreed he had it and Forgot it,, but assured me it would be delivered to my place of work the following day,, 5 day's later it still was not.. I called the Schwans driver he said he would meet me the next day. I told him to cancel the order because I was not satisfied, he said he didn't need customer's like me,, I still have NOT gotten any help from the company that is obviousely as service oriented as the Driver in Holt County Nebraska.

My credit card company told me they will handle it,, my e.mail confirmation of my c.c order with delivery date is a legal contract.

So if you order from Schwans Especially in the O'Neill Nebraska area be sure you have an e.mail confirmation,, otherwise you will see just how important you are to this driver and this company.

As of 11/20/07 The company continues to ignor my e.mail. A good company?? you decide

Out of fairness, I wanted everyone to know that Schwans did take care of the problem, I did get my order "LATE", but I got it, It's unfortunate any of this happened.
