Kohl's Lost my order?

I ordered a Fisher Price Smart Cycle on Oct. 11th, 2007. It was to reach me by Oct.25th -Nov.1st. On Nov. 2nd I called because the item had not arrived. UPS received billing information and never received the package. On Nov. 3rd I called 3 times to try and get this straightened out. They could not order another one for me because they were all reserved for other orders. Called Nov.8th, 2007, and was told that a trace would be put on the package and to call back later that day. So I did and they had no additional information for me. In between Nov. 3 and Nov. 8 the Fisher Price Smart Cycle went in and out of stock on their website. They would not order another one(even after talking to several "supervisors"). Called on Nov. 14th(today) and was told, "check the website and when its in stock call us". I'm supposed to spend my life on the computer checking to see if its there. The trace will take 7-10 business days (two weeks). My credit card was charged on October 11th and the bill was due yesterday Nov. 13th. I paid the bill so that I would not have a late or ruin my credit.
