Unrecieved merchandise

On October 18, I ordered one (1) "Vectra IQ" headlamp, manufacturer "Black Diamond" from the web site "E-headlamps.com". On the web site I was advised that my credit card would be billed by "Kochan Consulting Group". Within 24 hours of ordering from the website, my credit card was billed $66.55. At this time I was informed that my purchase would be delivered to me priority mail.

Since then, I have not only not recieved my purchase but I have not been able to contact either Kochan consulting or E-headlamps. I have tried both E-mail and phone.
