Laptop zv6000 Max Assurance Max Assureance PO BOX 1818 Sterling, Va 20167 US 1-866-805-9095 Max Assurance had me bring in my laptop to a local co. ON oCT 5TH for a raised key I have been getting th run around since. They should have sent me a new computer. Today is the 12th of Nov. and still no computer. This is outragious and totally uncalled for. I have filed other complaints and have heard nothing and still I sit and wait. Ask to speak to the store manager (during day hours). Tell the manager your situation and ask him to call N.E.W. for you in his/her office to get your claim resolved. Follow the manager to their office and listen to their conversaton.
