I purchased a supply of GRH1000 remedy from Austin Research Inst inc on 18 September. The payment by Visa card was processed immediately, but there has been no delivery. Numerous inquiries to the e-mail address have had no response.

Is this is a scam - fostered by the clever use of the real Austin Research Institute's name ?

I suggest that you google Austin Research Institute, bring up the Ripoff Report that should be just under your complaint, and go into the website, as indicated by Austin Research Inst's response, and try to resolve.

Please let me know how you make out by sending me an e-mail at wswift2004 AT comcast.net.

They are a COMPLETE SCAM. They won't respond to your emails, take your money and leave.

As a shady company, since they now have my CC info, who knows what they'll do with that?

I've tried emailing them nicely, begged, and cried out to give me my money back but they are totally non-responsive!

I don't know why this company hasn't been shut down yet by the FTC as there are so many complaints about this company if you search on Google.

I still get occasinal contact from annoyed victims - so Austin Research Institute inc is obviously alive and well! I believe that references from so called "satisfied customers" have been posted by the originators of the scam!

Complaints.com merely provides a forum for the originators to defend themselves - and to dupe even more people!

Someone in the US needs to take legal action to get them closed down.

It is important to make sure you type the correct product into your search engine. I ordered GHR1000 from ARI and received it at my FPO address in only about 10 days. That is pretty quick as many times I have waited over 6 weeks for orders. However I found this complaints page when I accidentally typed grh1000 into my search engine. Also listed under grh1000 was a site that looked exactly like the actual ghr1000 site. The difference I noticed right away was the links to testimonials didn't actually open. I think it is possible that this is a fake site and many of those that have been scammed have been scammed by the imposter site and not the actual ghr1000 site and ARI. At least I hope that is the case.

I personally have purchased from Austin Research Institute many several times over the past year and have always found their service to be excellent and their products are the best without question. I wouldn't be surprised if ALL of these "complaints" are not from a single person. Possibly a bitter former affiliate (who was probably not paid for breaking the rules of the affiliate program). Am I right or am I right? Get a life whoever you are and stop trying to tarnish the reputation of a good company that sells good products.

Aricash aka Austin Research Institute on the surface seems to be a serious company but after promoting their products such as GHR1000, ztropin, prosizer, invigorex, prejac, ejacumax and attract-rx I found out that these guys are very dishonest. Lets forget for a moment about the affiliate comissions and look at their products; Since I recommended their products on my site I started receiving floods of emails of customers complaining about products not being delivered and questions about side effects not being answered by the aricash customer service which never replies anyway not to affiliates and not to buyers. On top of this as an affiliate I have not received a single cent from my earnings which amount to 5800 us dollars. not only did I not get paid but now I have to explain to customers why I recommended this fraudulent and dishonest aricash. My suggestion to anyone thinking about doing business with these guys is to stay away unless you like pain and trouble. For buyers be carefull I personally would not trust this company with my credit card info especially that there are much more honest companies out there. For all webmasters I think we owe it to customers and ourselves to drive out dishonest and fraudulent merchants out of the internet. beware of aricash, Austin Research Institute, GHR1000, ztropin, prosizer, invigorex, prejac, ejacumax and attract-rx
