ikea sofas ikea elizabeth, nj US www.ikea-usa/elizabeth I received this morning my delivery of ikea (2sofas) and when opening the boxes and plastic sleeves, and after having build half of one, I discoverd that the metalic structure with the feet was too big for the sofa. Then I opened the other sofa and when opened fully I discoverd this one was broken (internal damage of the wood structure). I then called the customer service to have then pick out ASAP my sofas but the only thing they were saying was: we willopen the case and someone will call you and we schedule a pick up. When I asked to get a pick up either today (my ideal choice as I have family coming for dinner tonight) or tomorrow ( as I am flying tomorrow for business out of the country until thanksgiving), they saod they had no clue. No manager accepted to talk to me, no solution found except me having to wait for someone to call me and no date for the pick up. The worse is that I will get my refund only 7 days after the pick up which means that I cannot even begin shopping for another sofa. I am worried having no solution for tonight nir thanksgiving and their uncertainty in solving this situation is unacceptable as well as deliver 2 flawed sofas. I will never go back there. I highly recommend you spread that news around you.
