I ordered a Norton Internet Security - 2008 Upgrade/Norton SystemWorks Upgrade Basic Edition October 24, 2007. I did not received said upgrade, but they did take my money. I want my money back - I got a different security system, since they didn't seem to care if I was satisfied or not. I'd appreciate any help you can give me. They do not respond to my petitions.
