Care Credit...

I recently was given a credit amount from these people which was great until I received my card/info in the mail, it had the wrong name on the account. I called to let them know & to get a new card issued. A man named Mike informed me that they enter the information given to them by the doctor or from my application & I asked him how is it possible that the company's data entry clerks can get two VERY distinctly names wrong & if there was a discrepancy why didn't anyone call me to verify? He said they weren't legally obligated to do that & there was nothing they can do to change the information that I'd have to send two forms of identification to prove who I am. Well how is a driver's license/ss card going to prove that? I can just send anyone's license and/or ss card. That's not something I want to mail out to who knows what type of people so he gave me the numbers for the three credit bureaus & couldn't get anyone but an automated service that only had choices for things other than what I needed, a dispute. I informed Mike that as soon as my account was paid off, I will be closing my account & will NEVER use them again! Take my advice people, DO NOT use these people. I know they may be trying to help you out but you're better off without them!
